Hoje aconteceu-me uma daquelas coisas…
Cheguei ao meu limite.
Se toda a gente cá em casa já conhecia o Alberto…
…porque é que eu continuava sem o conseguir ver?
Bati o pé.
Cruzei os braços.
E declarei oficialmente:
— Entro em greve até conhecer o Alberto!
A casa parou.
O Jacks olhou para mim como quem dizia:
“Isto promete…”
O Fenando subiu para a cadeira da praxe para assistir ao espetáculo.
A Consuela respirou fundo.
Olhou para o teto e gritou:
— Alberto! Faz o favor de aparecer! A Miúda Gira está em greve!
Silêncio.
Nem um “bu”.
Nem um espirro de fantasma.
A Consuela insistiu:
— Alberto… é uma emergência nacional!
Nada.
A revolução estava instalada.
Eu recusava-me a fazer fosse o que fosse.
A Consuela recusava-se a limpar enquanto a greve durasse.
O Jacks aproveitou para passear uma meia pela casa.
E o Fenando atribuía pontos ao caos.
Foi então que a Consuela teve uma ideia brilhante.
Pegou num pano do pó, abanou-o no ar e disse:
— Alberto… a Miúda Gira promete que nunca mais te chama “fantasma invisível”. Vá… aparece só um bocadinho!
Nesse preciso instante…
Sentiu-se uma pequena corrente de ar.
Uma almofada caiu ao chão.
E ouviu-se uma voz muito envergonhada:
— Olá…
Olhei em todas as direções.
Não vi ninguém.
Mas sorri.
Pelo menos já sabia que o Alberto existia mesmo.
E, convenhamos…
Conhecendo-o, acho que aparecer durante três segundos já foi um enorme ato de coragem.

Assunto: Revolução Doméstica.
Estado da ocorrência:
A Miúda Gira entrou em greve.
O Alberto apareceu durante… aproximadamente… três segundos.
O Jacks aproveitou a confusão.
O Fenando declarou o espetáculo “digno de cinco estrelas”.
Conclusão:
A greve terminou.
O Alberto voltou a esconder-se.
E eu continuo convencida de que o maior mistério daquela casa…
…não é o fantasma.
É perceber como é que a Consuela consegue mandar em toda a gente!

No rent! Well, Alberto may try to make the excuse that he really wasn’t even there – after all, who can see him? But, methinks he should no better, and you certainly run the show and are in the know. So, a little bossy, you say? That’s okay, no problemo, especially given that I have a 6-hour time zone buffer. But, if he knows what’s good for him, Alberto better straighten up and show his face from time to face. That’s what I think. 🌹💌🫂🌻🙏😘

Yes, he better keep up his end of the bargain, pulling his weight, showing his face and sharing a smile, every now and again.
