Há histórias que nunca imaginamos viver. Esta é uma delas.

Hoje partilho convosco um vídeo muito especial. É um apelo feito pelo João, o meu marido, mas, acima de tudo, por alguém que continua a acreditar na força da solidariedade e na generosidade das pessoas.

Se este vídeo chegar ao vosso coração, peço apenas que lhe dediquem alguns minutos e, se fizer sentido, que o partilhem. Às vezes, um simples gesto pode tornar-se a maior esperança de alguém.


Olá, o meu nome é João.
Tenho leucemia mielóide aguda e encontro-me a lutar pela minha vida. Neste momento, preciso da solidariedade de todos.
Se tem entre 18 e 35 anos e reúne as condições necessárias, informe-se sobre como se pode tornar dador de medula óssea. Um simples gesto pode representar uma oportunidade de cura para mim e para muitas outras pessoas que aguardam por um transplante.
Também é muito importante a dádiva de sangue e de plaquetas. Os doentes oncológicos dependem frequentemente destas dádivas durante os tratamentos, e cada doação pode fazer a diferença.
Mesmo que não possa doar, pode ajudar partilhando esta mensagem. Nunca sabemos quem poderá chegar à pessoa certa.
Obrigado, do fundo do coração, por cada gesto de solidariedade, por cada partilha e por acreditarem que juntos podemos salvar vidas.

I have acute myeloid leukemia, and I am fighting for my life. Today, I am asking for your support.
If you are between 18 and 35 years old and meet the eligibility requirements, please consider registering as a bone marrow donor. A simple act could give me, or someone else waiting for a transplant, a second chance at life.
Blood and platelet donations are also essential. Cancer patients often rely on these donations throughout their treatment, and every donation truly makes a difference.
Even if you are unable to donate, you can still help by sharing this message. You never know who might reach the right person.

  3. I know João is not at his best in this clip because of his health reasons, but it is so good to see him on his own two feet delivering such a hopeful and wise message 🤜🤛🥰💖🤗🫡💌. It is deeply inspiring and it must mean so much to him that you are doing everything possible to spread the word of his situation and his cause 🙌😌🫂💙.
