Com carinho,
Carla,
As confissões de uma miúda gira 🥰❤️

Emotions don’t pay rent, either! 🤣
Emotions are like visitors: some arrive with flowers, others burst in unannounced, and then there are those that seem to bring suitcases and plan to stay! 😂
There are days filled with joy, and others marked by sadness, fear, or anxiety. And that’s perfectly okay. We don’t have to be in a good mood all the time, nor do we need to pretend we’re superheroes with our entire lives perfectly organized.
The secret lies in acknowledging what we’re feeling—without judging ourselves—while remembering that having feelings isn’t a sign of weakness, and that not every emotion needs to take the driver’s seat.
After all, while emotions may pass through us, we are the ones who decide the path.
And when things get too confusing, let’s take a deep breath… or have a cup of coffee! I haven’t quite figured out if it actually solves problems, but it certainly helps to approach them with a bit more enthusiasm! 🤣
