Quanto a falar menos… bem… estou a trabalhar nisso. Devagarinho.
Com carinho,
Carla,

Versão em inglês
Six habits and a very serious attempt to be happy😇🙏
They say that happy people
share a few habits: they learn something new every day, talk less, help more, brush off trivial nonsense, laugh a lot, and feel no need to go around constantly proving their worth.
Sounds simple, right? That is, until someone says something that makes you want to write a whole thesis, fire back with 47 messages, and even put together a PowerPoint presentation. 🤣
But perhaps happiness really does lie in simplification.
Learning, helping, laughing, choosing your battles more wisely, and realizing that not everything deserves your energy. Because, let’s be honest, some nonsense only survives because we give it a stage.
As for talking less… well… I’m working on that. Slowly but surely. No rush. Let’s not expect miracles from a "cool girl" (*miúda gira*)! 🤣
Deep down, maybe being happy isn’t about having a perfect life. Maybe it’s about learning to live the imperfect life we have a little bit better. ❤️
With love,
Carla,
Confessions of a cool girl 🥰❤️
