Os Monstros Também Têm Medo de Nós! 👹

The worst part is that the more we run from them, the bigger they seem to grow. They’ve got some nerve! We give them just a little bit of attention, and before we know it, they’ve taken over the whole house—without even paying rent!

Os Monstros Também Têm Medo de Nós! 

Monsters Are Afraid of Us, Too! 👹

Often, the monsters that scare us don’t live under the bed or hide in the closet. They live inside our heads, feeding on our fears, our tendency to make comparisons, our dread of failure, and that persistent habit of thinking we’re never "enough."
The worst part is that the more we run from them, the bigger they seem to grow. They’ve got some nerve! We give them just a little bit of attention, and before we know it, they’ve taken over the whole house—without even paying rent!
But there’s something we learn once we start facing them: the fear of failure shrinks when we take risks; the fear of what others think loses its power when we realize we don’t have to please everyone; and insecurity fades when we stop measuring our own worth by someone else’s yardstick.
We don’t need to eliminate every single fear overnight. We just need to make sure we don’t hand them the keys to our lives.
Because courage isn’t about having no fear at all. It’s about moving forward in spite of it—even when your legs are shaking and your mind is working overtime!
And who knows? One day, you might discover that some of the monsters that once terrified you were nothing more than shadows with delusions of grandeur.
After all, we don’t need to be bigger than all our fears. We just need to stop letting them become bigger than us. 😉

With love,
Carla,
