Amar não é para os fortes porque nunca sentem medo, nunca duvidam ou nunca se magoam. É para aqueles que, mesmo conhecendo as imperfeições da vida e das pessoas, continuam a ter coragem de dar e receber carinho.
Amar é saber ouvir, respeitar, compreender, aceitar diferenças e, acima de tudo, não tentar transformar o outro numa versão feita à nossa medida.
Não precisamos de grandes gestos nem de discursos dignos de um filme romântico. Muitas vezes, o amor está nas pequenas coisas, na presença, na paciência e na vontade de ficar, mesmo quando nem tudo é perfeito.
Claro que amar também exige alguma ginástica emocional… e, por vezes, uma paciência que nem sabíamos que tínhamos! 😂
Mas acredito que o amor, em qualquer das suas formas, continua a ser uma das coisas mais bonitas da vida.
E não, não precisamos de ser perfeitos para amar. Ainda bem, porque, se assim fosse, havia muita gente a ficar solteira de sentimentos!
No fundo, amar é ter coragem de ser verdadeiro, sem deixar de ser nós próprios. ❤️

Loving is also a matter of courage! 🩷🫡
Loving isn’t for the “strong” in the sense that they never feel fear, never have doubts, or never get hurt. It’s for those who, even while fully aware of the imperfections of life and other people, still have the courage to give and receive affection. To love is to know how to listen, respect, understand, and accept differences—and, above all, it’s about not trying to mold the other person into a version tailored to our own specifications. We don’t need grand gestures or speeches worthy of a romantic movie. Often, love is found in the little things: in presence, in patience, and in the willingness to stay, even when things aren’t perfect. Of course, loving also requires some emotional gymnastics… and, at times, a level of patience we didn’t even know we possessed! 😂 But I believe that love, in all its forms, remains one of the most beautiful things in life. And no, we don’t need to be perfect to love. Thank goodness for that—otherwise, a lot of people would end up emotionally single! Ultimately, loving is having the courage to be authentic, while remaining true to who we really are. ❤️
